Rock band KANSAS marks 50 years with charity campaign for the families of America’s fallen

Rock band KANSAS marks 50 years with charity campaign for the families of America’s fallen.

100% of profits from limited edition t-shirts support Folds of Honor’s educational scholarships.

This Memorial Day, America’s iconic rock band KANSAS will be honoring the sacrifices of US service-members with a limited time, special edition “Carry On, Wayward Son” t-shirt. Available online only at ShopStands.com, the shirts will be available from May 24th – June 7th, 2023. The band will be donating all profits to Folds of Honor, who provide educational scholarships to spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members.

KANSAS original member and drummer Phil Ehart comments, “Growing up as a member of a US Military family stationed around the world, I am very aware of the sacrifices those in US Military uniform give on a daily basis.” Ehart continues, “Myself, my bandmates, and our crew are very proud to offer our support to FOLDS OF HONOR and its mission to provide support for families of the fallen.”

“We are so grateful to the legendary rock band KANSAS for their support of the families of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders,” says Ben Leslie, Chief Development Officer for Folds of Honor. “The band understands the importance of an education and their commitment allows us to provide life-changing academic scholarships that truly make a generational difference.”

To celebrate their 50th Anniversary, the band is also embarking on a landmark “Another Fork in the Road” tour of 50 performances across North America. Concerts dates, tickets and VIP packages can be found at kansasband.com/tour-dates/.

The charity t-shirts will be on sale for a limited time only and will ship in mid-June, arriving in time for most of the 50th Anniversary tour dates.
